摘　　要：遵义碱厂在40kt/a离子膜烧碱节能技改中,采用了目前较为先进的离子膜烧碱工艺,因离子膜对盐水的质量要求较高,设置了二次盐水精制装置以保证离子膜电解槽的平稳、高效运行,简要介绍其设计中的关键控制点和运行状况。The comparatively advanced ion-exchange membrane caustic soda is adopted in the engmeenng of 40 kt/a ion-exchange membrane casustic soda of Zunyi Alkali Factory. Becsuse the ion-exchange membrane has relatively high quality of the brine, the secondary refining salt equipment was setted up to insure ion-exchange electrolizer running smoothy and effectively. This text introduces the key control points of the designing and running conditions briefly.
