摘　　要：唐钢炼铁厂南区2#高炉(450m3)充分吸取了唐钢前两座高炉设计、建设及投产过程的经验教训,对各种不合理的设备工艺环节进行了全面彻底的改造,并采用全开风口、枕木填充静态装炉方法开炉,取得了10天之内达产的良好效果。Based on the experiences of and drawing some lessons from the design, constructing and being put into operation of the two former B. F. of this plant, in the overhaul of 2 # blast furnace of south area of Ironworks of Tang Steel a whole and thorough reformation is applied to all unreasonable equipment and process, a new blowing on method adopted to fully open tuyere, fill up railway sleeper and charge statically, With those the index output was reached within 10 days.
