摘　　要：同步发电机电压调节器的主要任务是恒压和均衡无功功率.主要介绍了基于DSP的数字电压调节器和TMS320F240DSP中的SCI串行通信模块,以及DSP和上位机PC的串行通信系统的硬件设计电路.分析了上位机PC和DSP实现通信的软件编制,给出了通信程序的设计框图,实现了DSP与上位机的异步通讯,收到了良好的效果.The main task of the voltage modulator in the synchronous generator is to have a constant voltage and a balanced invalid power. This text introduces a voltage modulator based on DSP, SCI serial communication module of TMS320F240 and hardware circuit design between DSP and PC . It analyzes a new method of software design of communication between DSP and PC and provides the design diagram. Facts have proved that the asynchronous communication between them has been realized and it is as well as it does.
