摘 要:本文对所开发的新型原油生物复合破乳剂进行了室内与现场试验,考察了破乳剂破乳脱水及减少脱出水油含量的性能。结果显示,与现用化学破乳剂对比,原油生物复合破乳剂具有优良的破乳脱水性能,而且破乳后的油水界面清晰,脱出水油含量低。可用原有的加药流程,操作简单方便。The newly developed bio compounded emulsion breakers are tested in laboratory and commercial process units and their oil reduetion performance in dehydrated water was investigated. The test show that bio compounded emulsion breakers for crude oil exhibit excellent emulsion breaking and dehydration performance as compared with chemical emulsion breakers. The interface of oil and water is clear and the dehydrated water contains little water. The emulsion breakers can be added by the original process and it is easy in operation.
