长效固体缓蚀剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：以室内合成的咪唑啉衍生物液体缓蚀剂为母体缓蚀剂,添加适量的增效剂、填充剂、粘合剂制备出了适合油田使用的固体缓蚀剂。经实验室静、动态溶解性和缓蚀性能试验,证明具有较好的缓释和缓蚀性能,在65℃条件下,其静态溶出率为2.5g/d,缓蚀率达95%以上。以上现场应用试验表明,该缓蚀剂能将腐蚀速度(A3钢试片)控制在0.076mm/a以下,且施工工艺简单,有效期长。The solid corrosion inhibitor good for application in oil field has been manufactured by addition of proper amount of synergist, bulking agent and adhesives into the imidazoline derivative liquid corrosion inhibitor synthesized in the laboratory. The laboratory test of static and dynamic solubility and corrosion inhibition shows that the dissolution rate is 2.5 g/d and the corrosion inhibition rate is 95% at a temperature of 65℃, which demonstrates that the solid corrosion inhibitor has a good retarding and corrosion inhibition performance. The use of this inhibitor can control the corrosion rate （A3 steel coupon） at less than 0.076 mm/a. It is simple in application process and long in effectiveness.
