不宜手术的中晚期肝癌中医药治疗方法探析

摘　　要：从扶正、祛邪、主症及与现代微创治疗相结合等4方面论述中医药为主治疗不宜手术的中晚期肝癌的方法,认为辨证论治与现代微创治疗相结合对不宜手术的肝癌患者在延长生存期、提高生存质量等方面均有较好的疗效。The therapeutic methods of supporting healthy qi, eliminating pathogens combined with modern mieroinjury technique for inadvisable operation in middle and late stages of hepatocarcinoma were presented. The authors considered that the syndrome differentiation and treatment on TCM combined with modern microinjury technique possesses a better curative effects and can increase the life quality for cases with inadvisable operation on middie and late stages of hepatocareinoma.
