摘 要:目的:观察三仁汤对脾胃湿热证、湿偏重证大鼠模型血液中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)的调控作用。方法:将32只大鼠随机分为4组各8只。正常对照组:正常温、湿度下予以普通饲料喂养;湿热组:在湿热环境下予以肥甘饮食饲料喂养;湿偏重组:在湿热组饲养基础上灌服北京产二锅头;三仁汤组:在湿偏重组饲养基础上予以三仁汤。采用放免法测定各组大鼠血液中MTL、GAS的变化。结果:MTL、GAS湿热组、湿偏重组与正常对照组、三仁汤组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);湿偏重组与湿热组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);三仁汤组与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:三仁汤能对抗湿热证大鼠模型血浆胃动素的升高作用,亦具有调节湿热证大鼠模型血浆胃泌素低下的功能。Objective: To observe the regulative action of Sanren Tang (ST) on motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS) in damp- heat and dominant damp syndromes of spleen- stomach of rats. Methods: 32 rats were allocated to 4 groups (each group 8 rats) randomly. The normal control group (NCG) was fed by general feed in normal room termperature and humidity; Damp- heat group(DHG) by greasy feed in wet and hot environment; Dominant damp group(DDG) by greasy feed and rice wine; ST group(STG) by greasy feed . rice wine and ST. The changes of MTL and GAS of blood were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The MTL and GAS of DHG and DDG comparied with NCG and STG showing ( P 〈 0.01 ); DDG comparied with DHG showing ( P 〈 0.01 ); STG comparied with NCG showing ( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion: ST possesses the action for counteracting the increase of plasma MTL in models of damp- heat syndrome and regulating the decrease of plasma GAS in rats.
