摘 要:制氢转化炉在石化行业中应用广泛,作为关键设备的转化炉炉管,由于服役温度高,一般采用离心铸造的HK40或HP.Nb高温合金。当制氢转化炉炉管发生局部失效时,采用局部更换炉管方法可延长整根炉管的使用寿命。文中分别采用微观组织分级法、基于硬度测量的寿命预测方法以及Larson-Miller参数法对新旧HP.Nb炉管焊接后的寿命进行综合评价,研究结果表明新旧炉管焊接后的剩余寿命约为4.5×104h,蠕变断裂发生在旧母材处。Reformer furnaces are widely used in petrochemical industry, and the furnace tubes are one of the key components. Because of serving under high temperature, centrifugally casted HK40 or HP. Nb high temperature alloys are generally used. When a reformer furnace tube locally failed, the whole furnace tube service life will be extended by replacing the failed furnace tube. In this paper, the methods of micro-structure ranking, life prediction based on hardness measurement and Larson-Miller parameter were respectively used to synthetically evaluate the residual life of the welded tube with the new and serviced HP. Nb materials. Research results show that the residual life of the welded tube with the new and serviced materials is about 4. 5×10^4 hours and creep rupture will take palace at serviced base metal.
