摘  要:根据表面等离子共振原理,提出一种具有自参考功能的、可用于测量海水盐度的新型光学传感器。依据海水折射率的变化,实现对盐度的测量。使用一只棱镜为传感膜基体,在棱镜的一侧淀积一层厚度为50nm的Au膜。在Au膜上安置两个流动池,一个用于容纳样品液,另一个用于装置蒸馏水。在白光的激励下,在Au膜的两个区域中发生共振波长不同的表面等离子共振现象。海水折射率不仅与盐度有关,且与温度有关。而样品液和蒸馏水具有相同的温度,用两者共振波长差的变化来反映盐度,可克服温度对测量结果的影响。理论分析和实验结果验证了设计的可行性。A novel optical sensor with self-referencing function,used to measure seawater salinity,has been proposed. By the relation between the refractive index of seawater and its salinity,seawater salinity measurement is realized. In this sensor,a prism is employed as substrate of sensing film (Au). The Au film (50nm in thickness) is deposited on one side of the prism;after that,two flowing cells are built on it,one serves for sample solution, and the other for distilled water. Under excitation of white light ,surface plasmon resonances (SPR) in two areas of Au film occur at different wavelengths. Although the refractive index of seawater is depended not only on its salinity, but also on its temperature ,sample solution and distilled water have the same temperature. If the difference of resonance wavelengths (△λ) is utilized to indicate the salinity,the affection by temperature drift could be eliminated. Theoretical analysis and experiment result verify the feasibility of the device.
