摘　　要：为了纪念抗日战争胜利60周年,唤起国人对60年前我们民族所经历的痛苦与屈辱、抗战胜利艰辛与奋斗的回忆,本人撰写了这篇文章,主要论述抗日战争时期,陕甘宁边区人民在党的领导下,为克服严重经济困难,采取的一系列经济方针、措施和取得的成效。In the memory of victory 60 anniversary of Anti - Japanese - Fascism, it makes us recall our nation misery and insult, the bitter and hard 60 year ago. I write the discourse, it is mainly about ShanGanNing region＇s people how to overcome the hardship in the leading of party during Anti- Japanese- Fascism,party implement a series economy polities,measure and effective outcome.
