摘　　要：中国封建社会经过2000多年的发展至明朝已经步入晚期。秦朝建立的君主专制中央集权的政体经过朱元璋的不断调整,君主的权利达到了封建社会空前强化的高峰。而这一君主专制政体的空前强化,又和朱元璋在建立明朝之前就非常重视政权建设不无关系。本文论述了朱元璋集团统一全国前的政权建设及其特点。In Ming Dynasty, China＇ s feudal society through more than two thousand years of development had already come to its late stage. Zhu Yuanhang, the first emperor of Ming Dynasty constantly adjusted the state organization, the emperor- centralized ruling system set up by Qin Dynasty and his power had been strengthened to a new peak. Before Zhu Yuanzhang set up Ming Dynasty, he paid great attention to his state organization construction .Ths essay will state Zhu Yuanzhang Group＇s state organization construction and its characteristics before he tmifled the whole country.
