摘　　要：我国行政复议法十年磨一剑终于正式出台,之后五年的实施历程让我们目睹了这部综合性法律的成与败。法律责任机制是行政复议法的一个重要组成部分,实践检验我们仍然需要为完善它的不足之处而不断探索。The Administrative Overview Law has been finished successfully after a long time＇s preparation. After five year＇s enforcement,we can learn clearly about the success and failure of this comprehensive lawo It＇s known to all that the Liability is an important part of the Administrative Overview Law,but it still has a few shortages. It＇s necessary for us to make it better.
