摘　　要：科技评论是促进科学发展、技术创新以及繁荣科学技术事业的动力,科学研究中的评论与批判是最富有创新性的活动。我国农业科技评论明显滞后,有传统儒学文化思想的凝滞作用,也有无形和有形的政治干预。农业科学研究体系应该相伴有一个科技评价体系,培植科学家进取心、毅力和献身精神。要鼓励发表观点鲜明的科技评论,创造浓郁的学术氛围和宽松的评论环境。Scientific and technological review is the motive force that contributes to the development of science and the innovation of technology. Review and critique in scientific research are full of creative. With the stagnant effect of the traditional Confucian culture and the invisible or visible political interfere, scientific and technological review in Chinese agricultural sciences is backward significantly. Accompanied by research system of agricultural sciences, there should be an evaluation system of science and technology that cultivates scientists′ willpower, spirit of enterprise and dedication. It should be encouraged to publish scientific and technological reviews with distinct viewpoint so as to create strong academic atmosphere and relax circumstances.
