摘  要:目的研究西黄丸与氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联合应用对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用。方法小鼠S180细胞接种于昆明种小鼠右前肢腋窝皮下,建立S180实体瘤模型小鼠60只,随机分为4组:阴性对照组(灌胃并腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液)、西黄丸组(2.0g.kg-1,ig)、5-Fu组(0.02g.kg-1,ip)、联合用药组(西黄丸,2.0g.k-g1,ig;5-Fu,0.02g.kg-1,ip)。小鼠接种后开始给药,每天1次,连续7d。观察各组小鼠移植瘤生长情况及体重变化。停药后第2天处死小鼠,称瘤重,计算瘤重抑制百分率。结果西黄丸组抑瘤率28.1%,5-Fu组抑瘤率35.3%,联合用药组抑瘤率55.4%,与阴性对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);联合用药组抑瘤率高于单用西黄丸或5-Fu组(均P<0.05)。结论西黄丸和5-Fu联合应用对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180有明显抑制作用,两者有协同作用。Objective To study the anticancer effect of xihuang pill combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) in mice with implanted sarcoma S180. Methods Sixty mice with subcutaneously transplanted sarcoma S180 were randomized into four groups: negative control group treated with sodium chloride injection, ig and ip; xihuang pill group treated with xihuang pill 2.0g· kg^-1 , ig; 5-Fu group treated with 5-Fu, 0.02 g· kg^-1, ip; and xihuang pill plus 5-Fu group treated with xihuang pill 2.0 g·kg^-1 , ig, and 5-Fu 0.02 g·kg^-1 , ip. All the mice received a single dose daily for 7d. The growth of tumor tissue was observed and the mice were weighed. After the treatment for 7 d, all mice were killed. The tumor tissue was isolated and weighed to analyze the inhibiting rate. Results The inhibiting rate of tumor weight in xihuang pill group, 5-Fu group, and xihuang pill plus 5-Fu group were 28.1% , 35.3% and 55.4%. The tumors in all the treatment groups were significantly smaller than in the negative control group (P〈0.05 ). There was a significant improvement in the combining treatment group than the single drug treatment (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Xihuang pill plus 5-Fu group could inhibit tumor growth more effectively, and there may be a synergetic effect.
