亚致死剂量的雷公藤抑制赤拟谷盗种群增殖和增加农药敏感性

摘　　要：通过对雷公藤粉抑制赤拟谷盗TriboliumcastanenmHerbst实验种群增殖的实验研究得出,亚致死剂量的雷公藤对赤拟谷盗种群的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,并呈现明显的剂量依赖性.通常剂量的雷公藤对于赤拟谷盗无明显的致死效应,但雷公藤促进辛硫磷对赤拟谷盗的敏感性.The studies on the experimental populations of a granary pest lead to results：the Chinese herb Tripterygium wilfordi Hook F.at sub-lethal doses deceases the population of insect Tribolium castanenm Herbst in a dosedependent way,and the ordinary lethal doses for other insect species show no affection on its death rates.The overall preparation of the Chinese herb has no obvious killing effects,but can inhibit its multiplication and enhance the insect sensitivity to insecticide phoxin.
