摘　　要：从新产品的引进、消化吸收、再转化为本国的出口产品,这种跨国大流通过程中,产品的生产方式、要素投入以及所属关系都发生了改变,技术差距与比较优势的转化决定着产品生命周期的发展和变化,现代服务业在其中起着促进转化的重要作用。其作用在于促进人才、科技、经济效益三要素的良性循环发展。In the course of great international circulation from importing and assimilating new products to transforming them into native export commodity, mode of production, input of essential factors and their relationship wiU all change. The transformation of technology gap and of comparative superiority will determine the development and change of the life period of products. Among them, the modem circulating service （MCS） plays an important role——promotion and transformation. MCS can promote good circulation development in talent, science and technology, and economic benefit.
