摘 要:目的:考察大学生社会支持的现状,探讨他们社会支持人数、来源、性质及满意度的差异及关系。方法:采用社会支持量表(SSQ)和社会支持性质量表(ISEL)作为测查工具,测查了1060名大学生。结果:①大学生获得的社会支持人数不多,支持满意程度中等;父母和同学朋友是主要支持来源;大学生获得的物质支持最多,其次为信息支持、陪伴支持,情绪支持最少;支持人数越多,满意度越高。②女生的支持人数、满意度、信息支持、陪伴支持、物质支持和情绪支持显著高于男生;大一支持人数最多,大二最少;大一父母支持最少,同学朋友支持最多;理工科学生支持人数、父母和同学朋友的支持、信息支持、陪伴支持、物质支持和情绪支持明显低于文科、医学和师范专业学生。③陪伴支持、信息支持,以及来自父母的支持是大学生社会支持满意度的主要预测因素。结论:不同性别、年级、专业的大学生所获得的社会支持不同,社会支持对大学生的心理健康有直接或间接的影响。Objective: To investigate the social support state and explore its number, source, character, and relationship of the degree of satisfaction of undergraduates, Methods: 1060 objects responded to the questionnaires of Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ) and Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL). Results: ①The number of social supporters isn't many,The degree of satisfaction is medium. Parents, classmates and friends are the main source of social support for undergraduates, Among all the social support, the material support which undergraduates got is the most, the next is informational support, the third is company support, Emotional support is the least. The more supporters are, the higher is the degree of satisfaction.②The proponents' number ,the degree of satisfaction of the social support, four kinds of social support acquired by female participants are significantly higher than those received by male participants. Freshmen had the most supporters, sophomores the least, But freshmen acquired their support mostly from their classmates and friends, not from their parents, The proponents' number, the support from parents, classmates and friends, and four kinds of social support acquired by undergraduates in science and technology are significantly less than those majoring in arts, medicine, and teacher-training. ③Three kinds of social support, parents' support, information support and company support, are the main forecasting factors when measuring undergraduates' degree of satisfaction of social support. Conclusion: The social support by undergraduates acquired vary from different sexes, grades and majors and also has direct or indirect influence on their mental health.
