摘 要:目的了解大剂量银杏叶胶囊对家犬血清中抗氧化指标的影响.方法给家犬口服200倍临床剂量的银杏叶胶囊,分别测定了给药2 d内8个时间点血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的活性或含量.结果给药后家犬血清中SOD的活性较给药前降低,给药后7~24 h降低明显(P<0.01);GSH-Px的活性变化较小,只在给药后10 h明显降低(P<0.01);LPO的含量在给药5 h以内降低(P<0.01),7~10 h增加,10 h明显增加,与给药前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论动物口服大剂量银杏叶制剂后,机体处于氧化应激状态,抗氧化能力减弱.Objective To study the effect of excessive dose of Ginkgo biloba L leaves capsule on antioxidants level in serum of dogs. Methods Six dogs were fed excessive dose of Ginkgo biloba L leaves capsule. SOD and GSH-Px in serum of dogs' were measured by methods of ultraviolet visible spetrophotometry ; LPO were measured by means of fluorescence spectroscopy methods. Results The activity of SOD after capsules taken were lower than that before capsule feeding. Seven to 10 h after capsules taken SOD's level was decreased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ). GSH-Px' s level was decreased 10 h after feeding( P 〈 0.01 ). LPO was decreased in 5 h and increased in 7- 12 h after capsules taken( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The animals are in state of oxidetine stree and ability of antioxidant of dogs is decreased after excessive ginkgo biloba L leaves capsule was taken.
