摘　　要：文章针对传统就业网站功能单一、服务起点低、没有充分发挥网络交互通信作用的弊端,提出了一个具有撮合算法和视频通信功能的新型招应聘网络平台的设计,文章介绍了系统的结构、基于模糊向量的撮合算法以及基于对等通信模型的视频功能实现,对同类研究和设计有一定参考作用。The performance of traditional web sites for job finding do not satisfy job-finders and enterprises because of their simple functions, low level services and weak interactions. This paper proposes a new design to solve the problem. The new system runs a matching algorithm to find out the best choices for both job-finders and enterprises. It also delivers audio-visual communication functions, In this paper, the architecture of the system, the matching algorithm based on fuzzy logic and the implementation of the communication function are introduced. Other interesting people may share the ideas of this paper.
