自制多套管针经皮穿刺置管治疗腹内脓肿61例分析

摘　　要：本文报告在超声定位下用自制多套管外行PD治疗腹内脓肿61例，均无并发症及死亡，平均引流11．5d。提示多套管针行PD具有引流口可逐渐扩大，能置入较粗引流管，使引流充分和缩短疗程的特点。61 patients of abdominal abscess were treated with percutaneous drainage through casing multipipe made by ourself under the ultrasonography.None of the patients have the complications and death. Meae drainage were 11. 5 days. It is showed that the drainage hole may be gradually enlarged by the casing multipipe and that big drainage tube were replaced so that the drainage is clear and the time of treament are shortened.
