摘  要:单弯螺杆配合PDC钻头的使用,极大地提高了机械钻速,但使用中发现滑动钻进机械钻速较低,仅为双驱钻进的30%~50%,严重制约了钻井速度,因此有必要对滑动钻进时下部钻具受力情况进行研究.文章以φ215.9 mm井眼典型钻具组合进行受力分析和摩阻分析,并提出了影响机械钻速的主要因素和对策.It’s an effective drilling method to improve ROP hugely in recent years, which was called as 'Complex Drilling' that using the bent mud motor matched with the PDC bit. And have had a great success in the drilling practices in Zhongyuan oilfield. But there were some problems encountered in the drilling operation, especially which the ROP while sliding drilling was only 30%-50% of the ROP while rotating, which increased drilling days and drilling cost. This article is trying to find out the main reasons and effective countermeasures through making the mathematic model and analyzing the mechanical force of the BHA while drilling. The mathematic mode and mechanical force analysis were based on a normal size hole 215.9mm, but the conclusion of the article adapted to any other size holes too.
