超大社会视角的中央与地方关系

摘　　要：超大社会是中国最大国情。以超大社会的视角研究中央与地方关系,具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。中国历朝各代的兴衰,当今世界其他主要大型社会的集权与分权的权衡,为构建适合超大社会发展要求的中央与地方关系提供了足以借鉴的智慧。随着各项改革的不断深入,中央与地方关系需要进行相应的调整,以实现中央与地方权限的集分平衡。It＇s China＇s chief actual situation to have a super big society. It is of significant theoretical and realistic value to study the relationship between the central government and the local government from the view of a super big society. The rising and fall of each dynasty in China throughout history as well as the balance between centralized authority and localized authority of other super big societies in the world at present provides us with enough experience in building up the relationship between the relationship between the central government and the local government, which meets the need of the development of a super big society. With the deepening of various reforms, it is necessary to adjust the relationship between the central and local government to achieve the authority balance between the central government and the local government.
