摘 要:目的确立选奇滴丸的最佳成型工艺.方法以滴丸的成型率(%)为筛选指标,以药液温度或滴制温度、冷凝柱高度及滴丸滴制过程的滴速为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选选奇滴丸的制备工艺.结果根据实验确定的工艺,即滴制温度80℃、冷凝柱长80cm、滴速50~60滴/min制备的滴丸,滴丸成形率最高.结论根据实验确定的工艺制备出5批产品,各项指标符合<中国药典>规定.Aim To establish the optimized preparation procedure for Xuanqi Drop Pills. Methods With moulding probability of drop pills as the evaluation quota to determine the best dropping condition, such conditions as the temperature of drug,the dropping rate of drop pills and the height of freeze- pillar were studied with L9(3^4) orthogonal design. Results The temperature of the drug is 80℃ ;the dropping rate is 50- 60 droppings per minute; and the freeze- pillar height is 80era. Moulding probability is the hightest. Conclusion Five batehs of the products prepared with the procedure conformed to the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
