摘  要:目的用正交试验法优选抗感灵颗粒处方中有效成分的提取工艺。方法以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为指标,选择用水量,煎煮时间,沉淀剂为考察因素,利用正交试验L9(34)确定水提取中药的工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为11倍用水量,煎煮2次,提取60min,以甲壳素为沉淀剂。结论该制备工艺合理可行,其质量稳定,为抗感灵颗粒的最佳工艺。Aim To study the optimum extraction process of The rate of extraction and the contents of chlorogenic acid were Kangganling granule by the orthogonal design. Methods chosen as the assessment index. The amount of solvent, extracting time and flocculating agent were chosen to examine the extraction process using orthogonal design. Results The optimum water extraction process conditions were as follows. Adding 11 fold of water, extracting for 40min and twice in all with chitin as the flocculating agent. Conclusion The granule preparation method is reasonable and practical, with stable quality and the best procedure for Kangganling Granule.
