摘　　要：近年来,全球海事界不断推出新举措、新理念。比如海上安全链、油轮建造采取双船壳、散货船和油轮施行共同规范等等。研究这些举措与理念的文化内涵,对安全与海洋环境的高度责任感和对业界、同行的诚信品质便凸现出来。诚信构成了现代海事文化的灵魂。In recent years, global maritime industry has come out with many new mea-sures and concepts, such as maritime safety chain, double hull oil tankers, common structure rules on bulk carriers and tankers. The study of cultural implications behind these measures and concepts has exhibited the high sense of responsibility for safety and marine environment and the good quality of trustworthiness from the maritime industry and the people working in the industry. Trustworthiness has become the soul of modern maritime culture.
