摘　　要：目的:加深与提高对冠心病无创检查的认识与理解。方法:查阅文献并结合临床病例进行综述。结果:运动试验与心肌灌注显像联合诊断冠心病的效果尚佳。结论:运动试验与心肌灌注显像联合诊断冠心病有临床实用价值。Objective： To improve the understanding of diagnosing the coronary heart disease with non - invasive examinations. Methods：Looking up literatures and summarizing them combined with clinicalcases. Result： The results of exercise test combined with imaging of myocardial perfusion was better in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Disease is better. Conclusion：Exercise test combined with imasing of mpcardial perfusion are clinically value in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
