摘　　要：详细介绍了整体镀锡外导体半柔同轴电缆的设计、生产工艺,并与美国Belden公司半柔同轴电缆和国内无缝铜管外导体半硬同轴电缆进行了对比。目前该产品已广泛应用于通信、导航等无线电电子设备中。The design and production technology of semi-flexible coaxial cables with overall-tinned outer conductor are presented in detail, and this kind of cables are compared with the similar products made by Belden Co., USA, and domestic semirigid coaxial cables with copper tube outer conductor. Now such products have been widely used in telecommunication, navigation and other radio-frequency electronic equipments.
