盐泽螺旋藻多糖SP抑制肿瘤细胞的研究

摘　　要：热水抽提法提取盐泽螺旋藻多糖,DE-52柱层析纯化,Sephadex G-100柱层析鉴定其纯度,获得纯化组分SP。通过体外细胞实验发现纯化的多糖可以选择性的抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。通过对肿瘤细胞形态的观察,发现在SP作用下,细胞出现凋亡小体;结合Hochest-33342染色,初步认为多糖是通过促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡来抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。Polysaccharide of Spirulina subsalsa was extracted with hot water. It was further purified by using a DE-52 column to get one fraction SP. Antitumour assay by SRB method indicated that SP could selectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells in vitro. SP could induce apoptosis bodies of tumor cells. Combined with Hochest-33342 staining experiment, it can be inferred that SP inhibited the growth of tumor cells by promoting the apoptosis.
