摘　　要：利用荧光光谱法研究了N-(4-乙氧苯基)-N′-(4-安替吡啉基)硫脲与血清白蛋白的作用机理,根据荧光猝灭效应求得了硫脲与血清白蛋白的结合常数,根据荧光非辐射能量转移理论和热力学参数确定了它们之间的主要作用力类型为疏水作用力.The study of the reaction between N-undecyl-N＇（Sodiump- aminbenzensulfonate） thiourea （EPAT） and bovine serum albumin was reported using fluorescence quenching method and energy transfer technique. The binding constants were obtained. According to the thermodynamic parameters, the main sort of binding force can be known. The mechanism of quenching belongs to dynamic quenching and the main sort of binding force is mainly hydrophobic.
