摘 要:用透射电子显微镜(TEM)测量了用硝酸银柠檬酸钠还原法制备出的银纳米微粒的平均粒径.银纳米微粒具有特定的吸收光谱和明显的共振瑞利散射(RRS)、二级散射(SOS)和倍频散射(FDS)光谱.当银浓度一定时,散射强度IRRS,ISOS和IFDS分别与银纳米微粒的粒径成线性线关系;而当银纳米微粒的粒径一定时,吸光度及IRRS,ISOS和IFDS又与银的浓度成线性关系.因此,吸收光谱和RRS,SOS,FDS光谱可以为银纳米微粒的研究和表征提供有用的新信息.The mean diameters of silver nanoparticles prepared by silver nitrate-sodium citrate reduction method are measured by transmission electron microscope. They have specific absorption spectra and there are obvious resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS), second-order scattering (SOS) and frequency-doubling scattering (FDS) spectra. When the concentration of silver is constant (for example CAg = 1 μg/mL), the intensities of RRS, SOS and FDS (IRRS,ISOS and IFDS) have linear relationships with the diameters of silver nanoparticles. When the diameter of silver nanoparticle is constant (for example, d=45 nm), the absorbance and IRRS, ISOS, IFDS are directly proportional to the concentrations of silver nanoparticles. Therefore, they are useful means for studying the sizes and concentrations of silver nanoparticles in the liquid phase by investigating the absorption, RRS, SOS and FDS spectra.
