摘  要:“引黄入晋”隧洞工程作为大规模集中采用TBM施工的大型引水工程,创造了TBM累计掘进124km的新纪录,开创了TBM施工技术在我国广泛应用的先河。文章以此工程为范例,介绍了TBM用于超长深埋岩石隧洞施工的若干关键技术,并就TBM适用条件、隧洞衬砌理论、掘进参数确定等进行了分析和研究,可为其它类似工程提供借鉴与参考。Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi province of China is a big project in which tunnel boring machines were adopted in large scale. Tunnels in this project with an accumulated length of 124km approximately were driven by TBM, which set a precedent of wide application of TBM techniques in our country. In accordance with the project, the paper introduces the main construction techniques for tunnel boring machines adopted in super-long and deep overburden tunnels, and measures taken for tunnels with poor geological conditions. The adaptive conditions for TBM, the theory of lining design and excavation parameters are also studied. The practice can be of help to similar projects.
