摘　　要：目的探讨更昔洛韦防治异基因骨髓移植(alloBMT)术后巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的临床效果。方法对6例alloBMT病人使用更昔洛韦防治CMV感染,预防用药,更昔洛韦5mg/(kg·次),q12h,于术前-9～-1d使用;治疗用药,更昔洛韦5mg/(kg·次),q12h,14～21d,而后每周用药5d维持2～3周。结果6例alloBMT患者术后有3例出现CMV感染,均治愈,随访3～9个月未再出现CMV感染。结论更昔洛韦防治异基因造血干细胞移植术后CMV感染效果良好,早期诊断和治疗更为重要。Objective：To probe the clinical effect of ganciclovir（GCV） on prevention and treatment of cytomegalovirus （CMV） infection after allogenic bone marrow transplantation （allo-BMT）. Methods： Six allo-BMT patients was observed. As preventive medication,each patient was treated with GCV at 5 mg/kg/q12 h from day 9 to day 1 before allo-BMT; as therapeutic medication, each patient who was infected by CMV was treated with GCV at 5 mg/kg/q12 h for 14 to 21 day, then 5 days per week for 2 to 3 weeks sequentially. Results：Three patients were infected by CMV among 6 patients and were cured by GCV. There was no new CMV infection for the next 3 to 9 months with followed-up visit. Conclusion. GCVshows good effect on prevention and treatment of CMV infection after allo-BMT, and an early diagnoses and early treatment is more important.
