摘　　要：治安检查是公安机关办理行政案件执法程序中的一个环节,是准确收集违法行为的证据查获违法嫌疑人的行政措施之一。如何执行治安检查,已成为当前公安工作中亟待解决的问题。为了确保治安检查的执行,应当深刻理解有关法律知识和法规的规定,规范治安检查的实体部分和操作程序,尊重和维护被检查对象应当享有的权益,同时对治安检查行政措施进行改进。Security investigation is one step of enforcing procedure during administrative cases as well as one administrative measure of eriminal suspect during the collecting criminal evdence.It becomes a problem to be solved among police on how to carry out the security investigation.A deep understanding of comparative knowledge of laws and decrees,correcting security investigation,operating system,respecting and protecting the rights of being investigated are necessary to ensure the carryout of security investigation.At the same,the improvement to administrative measure of security investigation is necessary as well.
