女性减肥者的心理健康水平及有关因素的初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究女性减肥者的心理状况及相关因素。方法采用了SCL-90、艾森克个性问卷、社会支持量表。结果女性减肥者SCL-90得分、N分、P分比正常对照组高,主观支持得分比正常对照组低;女性减肥者的心理状况与神经质、精神质人格明显正相关,与主观支持明显负相关,与体重指数无相关性。结论女性减肥者,不管是否为单纯性肥胖,都存在心理问题,且与特定的人格和社会支持有关,与体重指数不相关。[ Objective ] To explore the psychological conditions, personality features, and other related factors in women seeking weight loss. [Method] We Used the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. [Result] The weight-reducing women＇s scores of SCL-90, P and N were higher than those of the control, the senses of social support was lower than those of the control. The weight-reducing women＇s psychological health was obviously positive correlated with personality of neuroticism and psychoticism. Obviously negative related with social support and not related with BMI. [Conclusion] The weight- reducing women, either with simple obesity or otherwise, all have many psychological problems, which are correlated with the types of personality and social support but not related with BMI.
