摘　　要：期刊管理工作者要根据网络环境的新特点积极开展主动服务,拓宽期刊信息服务领域及信息传播的覆盖面,吸引更多的读者利用期刊文献,使期刊信息服务向网络化、经营服务方面转变,促进服务质量和服务水平的提高;同时将馆藏印刷型期刊数据库,或特色期刊信息数据库送上网,通过各有特色的专业期刊信息库,保证图书馆丰富的馆藏期刊信息资源在网络条件下得以真正的开发和利用,实现真正意义上的期刊信息资源共建和共享。As a journal management worker, he should take the initiative in service to broaden the coverage of journal information service and spread so as to absorb more readers to make use of journal documents, make journal information service convert to internet and management service and improve the service as well. In the meanwhile, to put the typed journal data base of the library or particular journal information data base to internet, through peculiar professional journal information data base, we ensure the actual development and usage of the abundant materials under the condition of internet, and attain co - construction and share of journal information resources.
