摘　　要：目的:建立固相萃取反相高效液相色谱法测定康复胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法:采用ODS-C18小柱处理样品,Zorbax SB—C18柱(4．6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇:0．1％磷酸溶液(90:10),流速:1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长:254 nm。结果:线性范围1．0—5．0μg(r=0．999 9),平均回收率100．31％,RSD=2．36％。结论:该法简便、快速、准确。Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of Emodin in Kangfu capsules by solid-phase extraction and RPHPLC. Method： The sample was treated with O DS-C18 solid-phase extraction column. The Zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（90： 10）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result： Emodin presented a good linear correlation in the range of 1.0-5.0 μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 100.31% （RSD =2.36% ）. Conclusion： This method is rapid, simple.
