明芪胶囊对肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨明芪胶囊的抗变态反应作用。方法:通过对大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响,观察明芪胶囊抗变态反应的作用及强度。结果:1．73 g·kg-1和0．60 g·kg-1剂量组明芪胶囊对大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制率分别为(54． 9±7．5)％和(43．0±5．9)％。结论:明芪胶囊能明显抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒,说明其有抗变态反应作用,为该药治疗变应性鼻炎提供了理论依据。Objective： To explore the antiallergic effect of Mingqi collocystis. Method： By surveying the intluence ot Mingqi collocystis to rat＇s skull periost mast cells degranulation, study the antiallergic effect and active strength of Mingqi eollocystis. Result： The inhibition ratio of Mingqi collocystis to rat＇s skull periost mast cells degranulation： 1.73 g.kg^-1 dose group 54.9% ± 7.5% , 0. 60 g. kg^-1 dose group 43. 0% ±5.9%. Conclusion： Mingqi collocystis＇notable inhibition to rat＇s skull periost mast cells degranulation had proved its antiallergic effect, and provided theoretical base of its application to allergic rhinitis.
