摘　　要：该研究在以稻草(植质)为原料研制出水稻钵育秧盘、以稻壳粉与土为原料混合研制成了人工苗床土的基础上,按基于稻草制造钵育秧盘水稻乳苗机械栽植技术的要求,设计和试制了水稻钵育乳苗栽植机,通过生产试验证明该项技术是可行的。The seedling-growing tray of rice was made of straw（plant fiber）. And the rice seedling transplanting machine was designed and manufactured based on man-made seed-bed soil, which is made of rice-shell powder and soil, and based on the technical requirement of machine transplanting of rice seedling growing tray made of straw. It turns out to be feasible through production-test.
