大学生蠕形螨感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解本地大学生蠕形螨感染状况,为蠕形螨的防治提供理论依据。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法对318名大学生进行蠕形螨感染调查。结果本地大学生蠕形螨感染率为26.10%,其中男性感染率为23.68%,女性感染率为29.69%。两者差异无显著性;高年级学生的感染率高于一年级学生(P<0.01)。结论本地大学生蠕形螨感染较普遍。Objective To investigate infection status of demodex mites in local university students in order to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment. Methods 318 of local university students were detected for infection of demodex mites using transparent adhesive tape method. Results The infection rate of demodex mites in local university students was 26.10% （ 23.68% in male and 29.69% in female） . There was no significant different between male and female. The infection rate of the senior students was higher than that of the freshmen （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The infection of demodex mites was common in local university students.
