摘 要:目的筛选金菊双花总黄酮的最佳提取与纯化工艺。方法采用多种提取工艺比较、L9(34)正交实验及D101大孔吸附树脂纯化技术。结果其最佳提取工艺为8倍量55%乙醇、100℃水浴、每次1h回流提取2次,再结合D101大孔吸附树脂纯化,水、30%乙醇、70%乙醇梯度洗脱,收集70%乙醇洗脱部分浓缩干燥并测定黄酮含量为62.7%。结论此工艺简便可行,符合工业化生产要求。Objective: To optimize the extraction and purifieation conditions for total flavonoids in Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Chrysanthemum morifolium Tzvel, Methods: Conlparision of several extraction processes,the L9 (3^4) orthogonal design and macroreticular absorption resin D101 purification technique were performed. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were 8 volume of 55% ethanol, 1h refluence at 100℃, water bath for 2 times. The extracted fluid was absorbed with the resin D101. The elutions were water ,30% enthanol,70% enthanol. The obtained elution of 70% enthanol was evaporated and the content of total flavonoids was 62. 7%, Conclusion: The method is simple, approved and fit for industrial production.
