摘 要:详述了130t/h鼓泡床改造为飞灰底饲回燃循环流化床锅炉的设计思路和实施方案,分析对比了改造前后锅炉主要参数,并进行了投资经济性分析。结果表明:采用的扩容增效方案是切实可行的;锅炉蒸发量由原来的114.9t/h增至144.6t/h;发电功率由原来的22.8MW增至29.6MW;锅炉效率由原来的49.3%增至79.4%;发电标准煤耗由原来的918.4g/kW·h降至611.25g/kW·h。The design strategy and implementation plan of the reconstruction of a 130t/h bubbling bed boiler into a circulating fluidized bed boiler with bottom refeeding of fly ash are described in detail, The main parameters of the boiler before and after reconstruction are analyzed and compared together with an economic analysis of the investment concerned. Results show that the reconstruction scheme intended for capacity enlargement and efficiency improvement are feasible; the steam output of the boiler is enlarged from 114.9 t/h to 144.6 t/h, the unit's power generation increased from 22.8 MW to 29.6 MW and the boiler efficiency raised from 49.3 % to 79.4%.
