摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查访问法等,对海南省竞技体育发展状况、有利因素以及制约因素进行了分析。借鉴当前国内外竞技体育的发展趋势和成功经验,对海南省竞技体育进行了全局性、整体性和长远性的筹划。结果表明:海南省竞技体育整体发展水平居全国中下游。探讨实现海南省竞技体育发展战略目标的途径与对策,并针对海南省在竞技体育管理体制、体育设施、后备人才、科学训练、提高教练员和运动员素质等方面存在的问题,提出了具体的完善措施。The methods of literature, investigation, questionnaire etc. were applied to analyzing the condition, helpful and restrictive factors of the development of Hainan competitive sports. It made a long-term plan with the overall character and entirety for Hainan competitive sports by using the current tendency and successful experience of the development of competitive sports at home and abroad for reference. The result indicates that the entire development of Hainan competitive sports is at middle-lower level of the whole country. Therefore it probes into the channel and countermoves to realize the strategic target of the development of Hainan competitive sports, and puts forward the concrete measures from the aspects of the management system of competitive sports, sports facilities, reserve talent, scientific training, enhancement of coaches and athletes＇ quality and so forth.
