服务传递过程中健身私人教练发展存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：运用文献资料、走访调查等研究方法,对北京、上海和广州三市健身娱乐行业私人教练的发展现状进行分析。结果显示:企业经理人对私人教练在服务传递中的作用认识存在偏差,对私人教练的职业定位认识不全面,缺乏良好的培训体系,对私人教练的生涯规划重视不足等是存在的主要问题。据此,提出相应的建议及健身俱乐部间私人教练培养沟通与交流的途径与内容。By the aid of the research methods of literature, interviewing investigations etc. it analyzed the present situation of the development of private coaches in setting-up and entertainment occupation in the three cities of Beijing , Shanghai and Guangzhou. The results show that the main problems existed are as follows： there are deviations in business managers＇ understanding of private coaches＇ action in the transfer process of service, their understanding of the occupational location of private coaches is lopsided, lack of an effective training system, the plan for private coaches＇ career isn＇ t paid enough attention to and so on. Therefore it puts forward some corresponding suggestions and the channels and contents of the connect and exchange among setting-up clubs in the training of private coaches.
