摘 要:目的建立酶联法检测红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)活性及红细胞膜免疫复合物(CIC)水平的测定方法。方法红细胞免疫酶联方法条件的摸索和正常人红细胞免疫酶联方法的检测。结果制备红细胞结合物悬液的条件:37℃温育30min;酶联反应条件:5ug/mL人IgG包被酶标板、37℃温育2h、用1∶3200酶标记物浓度进行反应;202例正常人,其测定结果RCIA活性(1.55±0.90),CIC水平为(4.54±2.12)。结论实验研究证实:用酶联法测定红细胞免疫功能方法可靠、定量准确、稳定性好,适合临床推广应用。[Objective] To develop the method to detect the activity of RBC immune adhersion (RCIA) and quantity of immune complex of RBC(CIC). [Methods] Discovery of human RBC immune with ELISA and the activity of RBC immune adhersion (RCIA) and quantity of immune complex of RBC(CIC) were detected with ELISA. [Results] Suspending RBC conditions: incubation for 30 min at 37℃. ELISA assay conditions: human IgG may be 5ug/ mL; incubatin for 2h at 37℃; enzyme concentration in a reaction may be 1:3200. the results showed that the activity of RCIA were (1.55±0.90) and the quantities of CIC were (1.55±2.12) in 202 normal group. [Conclusion] The research comfirmed that the methods were sensitive, facility, reliable and usable in clinical use.
