摘  要:以PS为主剂,粉煤灰为填充材料,氟硅酸钠为固化剂制得PS-F浆液,测试浆液的初凝时间,并观测结石体随时间的收缩变形性。测试结石体在不同龄期时的强度,对比固化温度、固化剂掺量、PS模数、PS浓度以及水灰比等因素对结石体强度的影响。对PS-F浆液结石体进行水稳定性、抗冻融性、安定性和耐碱性测试。After the PS-F serous fluid is prepared by mixing PS as main ingredient, fly ash as filling substance and sodium fluosilicate as curing agent, its initial setting time is got and its shrinkage feature is monitored. The mechanical strength of PS-F grouting material is tested at different age and the effect of factors, such as curing temperature, amount of sodium fluosilicate, modulus of PS, concentration of PS and water-ash ratio to strength is also discussed. Furthermore, durability experiment including its resistance to water, to disintegration induced by freezing and thawing, to crystallization and to aqueous alkali is carried out.
