摘 要:探讨了D0(EOP)D1漂白的工艺,对D1段的ClO2用量,两段D的ClO2用量分配比及总ClO2用量进行了优化。通过实验结果表明,当D0段ClO2用量一定的前提下,纸浆的白度随着D1段ClO2用量的增加而增加:当总有效氯用量为2.5%条件下,D0段有效氯用量/总有效氯用量比在62.5%-75%的范围内,纸浆达到最高白度。62.5%-75%这一范围也是两段D的最佳ClO2用量的分配比。当总有效氯用量从25kg/t逐渐增加到37kg/t,纸浆的漂终白度由78.8%ISO升高到87.0%ISO。The effects of active chlorine charge in D1 stage, active chlorine charge distribution in the two D stages and the total active chlorine charge on D0 (EOP) D1 bleaching of bamboo pulps were investigated in this paper. The results showed that pulp brightness increase with the increasing of active chlorine charge in D1 stage on the condition that the active chlorine charge in D0 stage was constant. When the total active chlorine charge was constant ,the highest brightness can be obtained when the ratio of active chlorine charge between D0 and D0 + D1 was in the range from 62.5% to 75% ,which was the optimal active chlorine charge distribution in the two D stages. When the total active chlorine charge increased from 25kg/t to 37kg/t,pulp brightness increased from 78.8% ISO to 87.0% ISO.
