鸡骨型白血病疫情的放射学研究

摘　　要：报道了鸡骨型白血病在３个城市的１０几个大型鸡场中存在的重大疫情。应用放射学诊断技术，分２０批对３３２８只鸡胫骨组合Ｘ线片进行了观察。被检鸡包括蛋用种的柯比特、海兰和肉用种的ＡＡ、艾维因和ＡＳＡ等１０几个品种，检出该病发生率平均高达３８．２８％（１２７４／３３２８），蛋用鸡群最高者达４８．０２％（９７／２０２），肉用种最高者达７４．０１％（１３１／１７７）。揭示出该病存在的广泛性、高发性和亚临床性。放射学诊断技术可用于该病的检出，对该病检疫和净化可能有重要作用。This paper is a first report of the severity of avian osteopathic leukosis(osteopetrosis)incidence detected in more than ten large chicken farms in 3 cities. Radi-ological diagnostic technique was used for inspection. Combinational radiography of oneshank were used to examine 3 328 chickens in 20 batches. More than ten breeds wereexamined including Corbett and Hy-Line layers,and AA,Avian and ASA broiler breed-ers. There was a high average incidence up to 38.24%(1 274/3 328).But the highestincidence in layers was 48.02%(97/202)and in broilers was 71. 01%(131/177).It re-vealed that the epidemiological features of avian osteopathic leukosis were wide spreadoccurrence,high incidence and subclinical form. Radiological diagnostic technique wasjudged to be a practical and feasible method to detect the disease and it may play an im-portant role in diagnosis and/or disease eradication.
