灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将患者83例随机分为两组,对照组予西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液;疗程均为15d。采用中医症状积分、心肌酶、心电图变化进行评价。结果治疗组疗效、症状积分、心肌酶下降明显优于对照组,心电图好转及总有效率高于对照组。结论灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎有显著疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Erigerontis Injection in treating patients of acute viral myocarditis.Methods:83 patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the treatment group received Erigerontis Injection and conventional westem medicine and 40 patients in the control group only received the conventional westem medicine for 3 weeks as a therapeutic course.The effects were assessed by the symptomatic marking of TCM,myocardium enzyme and dlectrocardiogram(ECG).Results:Better curative effects were got in the treatment group than in the control group in terms of the reduction of the symptomatic marking of TCM,the decrease of myocardium enzyme,the mend of ECG and total effective rate.Conclusion:Erigerontis Injection has significant therapeutic effect in treating acute viral myocarditis.
