摘　　要：设计了一种在锥面圆管上冲槽的冲槽模,阐述了其设计原理、模具结构、工作过程及主要零件的设计要点,另简述了凸模强度的校核方法。A die for punching narrow slots in the inner thick wall of the cone-shaped hole of the nozzle part has been designed. The design pnnciple, the smacture and working process of the die and the main points for designing the key parts of the die are stated. The method for verifying the punch strength is introduced briefly.
