摘　　要：针对塑件纵深较大且有侧孔的情况,设计中采用斜导柱结构完成大纵深造型,同时侧面利用弹簧滑块机构实现侧抽芯,模具结构精巧,运行顺畅。According to the structure characteristics of the plastic floppy case with big depth and side holes, an angular pin structure is used in the design of the mould for the plastic part to complete the shaping of the big depth, and a spring-slide structure is used to realize side core-pulling. The mould structure is compact and smart and is in good operation.
